For this purpose, the company created the projects department in 2000. This department specializes in implementing projects from the earliest stages of project planning through to the deployment after executing the testing.

The projects department implements projects form the planning phase until the project completion. The department’s team is comprised of senior and authorized professionals with extensive knowledge and experience of over 10 year.

The project manager coordinates the project execution with the customer’s representative, sets the schedule, plans and determines the various activities and their nature throughout the project and is responsible for all of the project’s elements. Every request from the customer’s representative is forwarded to the project managers and dealt directly by him. At the end of the project, following documentation of all of the collected information, which has been gathered in the work process, the project is handed over to the service department.
